You can save progress inside OAS, but having documents ready speeds things up. Ensure scans are clear, certified, and within the size limits (5MB each).
The Online Application System is accessible from any modern device. For fewer interruptions, we recommend the following setup.
Stable internet
Minimum 2 Mbps connection. Use a reliable network when uploading documents or making payments.
Modern browser
Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari (latest versions) with JavaScript enabled.
Secure payment method
Mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) or bank card for the application fee.
Active email address
All alerts, verification links, and decisions are delivered via the email used during registration.
TIPM runs two intakes per academic year. Always confirm the active window inside OAS — the portal displays current deadlines.
